Henry Cavill has got pecs appeal
The actor strips off for several action-packed fight scenes, unveiling a body that’s clearly benefitted from hours invested at the gym.

Henry – who appears in all his topless glory in our exclusive behind-the-scenes feauturette below – stars in the film alongside Mickey Rourke, Stephen Dorff, Freida Pinto and John Hurt.

The 28-year-old recently revealed the intensive training he packed in after receiving a last-minute offer from director Tarsem Singh to play lead character Theseus in the fantasy epic.

He said: “I was doing a job in the north of England when Tarsem phoned me up and said, ‘Look, if you do this job you’ve got to come straight to Montreal and you’ve got to train for seven weeks. You’ve only got seven weeks to get into the shape I need you to get in. That’s all I’m saying before I offer you this job, so think about it.’”

Immortals follows the plight of Theseus, who’s chosen by Zeus (Luke Evans) to lead the fight against the ruthless King Hyperion (Rourke) and stop him from obtaining a weapon capable of wiping out the human race.
